What this site is
Launzo is a listing and comparison platform. It is not a laundry, courier or payment service. Every service shown is provided by the listed brand under that brand's own terms. Your contract for an order is with the brand, not with Launzo.
Prices and information
Prices, turnaround, pickup areas and offers are entered by brands and may change without notice. Confirm the price with the brand on WhatsApp before handing over your items. Launzo is not liable for differences between the listed and charged price.
Damage, loss and disputes
Claims for damaged or lost items are between you and the brand. "Damage cover" on a listing describes the brand's own promise; Launzo does not insure, pay or arbitrate claims. We may suspend a brand that repeatedly fails to resolve complaints, as described in the rules.
Reviews
You may review a brand only after a verified order (reference code or bill). Reviews must be honest and about your own experience. We remove reviews that are fake, abusive, or unrelated, and brands cannot delete reviews. See the full rules.
For brands
A listing is a monthly subscription paid in advance; it goes live after verification. Fees are non-refundable once the listing is live. Brands must keep prices accurate, reply to complaints within 48 hours, and hold any licences their business needs. Listings may be suspended or removed for breaking these terms, with no refund for the remaining period.
Acceptable use
No scraping, automated enquiries, fake reviews or impersonation. We may block devices or numbers that abuse the service.
Liability
Launzo is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to any user for any claim is limited to the listing fees that user paid us in the preceding month, or ₹1,000 for customers who paid nothing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts in Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it.
