Privacy policy
Last updated 26 October 2026. Short version: we collect the minimum needed to run a fair listing, and we don't sell your data.
What we collect
Customers: your phone number (only when you write a review, verified by OTP), the reference code of an enquiry, and basic device information used to stop duplicate reviews. Brands: the business details you enter in your listing, your phone number, payment confirmation (UTR) and proof of business (GST number, Google Maps link or shop photo). We do not collect card or bank details — payments are made directly through your UPI app.
Why we collect it
To show accurate listings, verify that reviews come from real customers, count enquiries for brands, and bill brands for their listing. Nothing else.
WhatsApp enquiries
When you tap Enquire on WhatsApp we record that an enquiry happened (brand, service, area, time, reference code) so the brand can see its enquiry count and reply speed. We never see your WhatsApp messages — those go directly between you and the brand.
Sharing
A brand sees the reviews customers write about it and the reference codes of enquiries it received. We do not sell or share phone numbers with anyone, and we do not run advertising networks on this site.
Cookies
A single session cookie keeps you signed in on the brand dashboard. Nothing is used for tracking across other websites.
Retention and deletion
Reviews stay public as long as the listing exists. To delete your phone number, a review you wrote, or a brand account, email hello@launzo.in from the number's owner; we act within 7 working days.
