Listings marked Sample show how Launzo works; they are replaced automatically as real brands in this area go live.
Recommended = rating + review count + WhatsApp reply speed (measured from when a brand marks an enquiry as replied). Price never affects rank. Featured brands are labelled.
Reviews are public, like Google reviews. A brand cannot delete a bad review, but it can reply and fix the problem. Price never affects rank.
You confirm your phone with an OTP. A review is accepted only from a number that booked through Launzo or uploads a bill from that brand.
Every 1 or 2 star review goes to the brand on WhatsApp. The brand has 48 hours to reply and resolve it.
An unanswered complaint pushes the brand down the list. Three unresolved complaints in a month remove the listing.
