Frequently asked
How is the price decided?
Each brand fills its own price per piece. We never mark up or take commission — you pay the brand directly.
Why is one brand ₹₹₹ and another ₹?
Tiers compare a brand's whole price card with the Gurugram average. Premium brands usually add damage cover, fabric-safe solvents or garment tagging — shown on each card.
Are reviews real?
Yes — a review needs a WhatsApp OTP plus an order booked here or a bill photo. Brands can reply, never delete.
How ratings work
Reviews are public, like Google reviews. A brand cannot delete a bad review, but it can reply and fix the problem. Price never affects rank.
Rule 1
Only real customers review
You confirm your phone with an OTP. A review is accepted only from a number that booked through Launzo or uploads a bill from that brand.
Rule 2
48 hours to reply
Every 1 or 2 star review goes to the brand on WhatsApp. The brand has 48 hours to reply and resolve it.
Rule 3
Unresolved complaints cost rank
An unanswered complaint pushes the brand down the list. Three unresolved complaints in a month remove the listing.
