Yes — a review needs a WhatsApp OTP plus an order booked here or a bill photo. Brands can reply, never delete.
Reviews are public, like Google reviews. A brand cannot delete a bad review, but it can reply and fix the problem. Price never affects rank.
You confirm your phone with an OTP. A review is accepted only from a number that booked through Launzo or uploads a bill from that brand.
Every 1 or 2 star review goes to the brand on WhatsApp. The brand has 48 hours to reply and resolve it.
