Reviews
Only verified customers can review (OTP + order proof). Brands can reply, not delete.
No reviews yet.
How ratings work
Reviews are public, like Google reviews. A brand cannot delete a bad review, but it can reply and fix the problem. Price never affects rank.
Only real customers review
You confirm your phone with an OTP. A review is accepted only from a number that booked through Launzo or uploads a bill from that brand.
48 hours to reply
Every 1 or 2 star review goes to the brand on WhatsApp. The brand has 48 hours to reply and resolve it.
Unresolved complaints cost rank
An unanswered complaint pushes the brand down the list. Three unresolved complaints in a month remove the listing.
